Took almost a year to get final inspection done. Found they where two faced saying they doing stuff when called building dept was told company was doing nothing.

User's recommendation: Don't use won"t stand behind Tech's thoughts.

Made an appointment for 8a-10a. Noticed address was wrong on the confirmation, called to get it changed and was told they call 1/2 hour before arrival so can correct at that time. Insisted on the address to be changed and was told it was. Now past 12 noon and no call no show. Called the office and was told the tech wasn't in yet and he would call WTF. First and last time to try this companyGooGg

Improper Installation and Poor Customer Service

BHS improperly installed my new AC unit and was unable to meet the expectations outline when they were engaged, nor did they contact me during the installation to inform me they were not able to meet my expectations. There is a gap between the air filter and the AC handler unit of about 6 inches (which defeats the purpose of a filter!) and they have refused to amicably resolve the matter without my agreement to waive my installation warranty. Absolutely absurd! I would NOT recommend engaging BHS based upon my experience! Christine Cannella, Esq.

happened again this AM on Dish TV Channel 11. home visit technician with no mask and shaking customer' hand at end of installation, no social distancing.. What is with your advertising department, we are still in a pandemic and this same ad has aired for months. I have been a customer in the past but not in the future.
