Booked flight
I booked 2 flight and they sent me a email stating pending that was 2 wks ago now its time for my fight never got a confirmation number so I finally reached out to someone they telling me they didnt have know more seats

No reservations found
I bought a airfare ticket from Rochester,Ny to San José,Costa Rica to depart at 6am June 18,2023. I arrive at the airport in Rochester at 4am then went to the American Airlines ticket counter . Tried to check in and they said that I had No reservation.

Cant get a hold of nobody the phone number does not work. I want to cancel my reservation.
Its been pending for 24 hours so Im canceling it I cant get a hold of anybody. Cancel my reservations.

You promised me a flight at a very good price , kept on pending status for few days , when I called for confirmation , you doubled the price .

Do NOT book with Bestfares.com
I attempted to book a vacation package to Hawaii with Bestfares.com but kept getting advised that my credit card could not accept. Called credit card company and was assured no hold on card.
Tried numerous times myself online using 2 different cards with no success. Called then to do it on the phone and had same issue. Was told that as long as I could not book, it would not appear on my credit card statement. Also assured credits would be issued when I said I was concerned about that.
Checked credit card online and saw 15 pending transactions!!! Called Bestfares again and had to leave a message this time. When she called back! She said the price had gone up $200/per person and I said to just cancel everything and please make sure I have not been charged.
I went out to an appointment and my husband was home when a call from a third party vendor called to ask if all was settled. My husband thought all was settled and he did not have the credit card info so I received an email from that third party who stated I should call a specific number and they would handle the credits. To make a VERY long story short, it took 2 days, numerous phone calls where I had been put on hold for at least 15-20 minutes each time and would then get disconnected and in the meantime, I booked through Travelocity which took 2 minutes and was very reasonable. I received other emails from this third party and finally this morning (the 4th day this has been going on) we had a 3 way conversation with the third party and my bank and I finally received the credits.
BESTFARES was awful during this process and I believe it was their website that caused all if this. Will NEVER EVER use them again!!!

Overcharge me 72.00 for nothing
I bought 3 one way tickets for my Daughter and Grand twins, I was in a hurry, because all the tickets are too expensive in Christmas, but hey is the 25 of December, mostly the cheapest. When I realized that I hit the button and bough them for 498.30 and Jet Blue charge them 426.30, the price was another, $72.00 just to get 3 tickets that today October 23 I could get those for 336.00, "Errors have to be paid with MONEY", beware, look search, don't get caught by this thief's of Airlines "Best Fares"
