I applied for a loan and was approved. I waited 3 business days for funding and nothing.
I called and when someone looked into it they said it was because i already had two loans. I looked all over the site in all tge documentation on your site, and no where does it state i can only have two loans. My loans have been in good standing and never an issue. I need the loan to help free up cash flow.
I was told when they figure out how to back out the approved loan i could try to do a refinance of one of the loans, that would only work if the were going to offer extra funding so i could incorporate my other loans, so i would only have one with one payment.
I was told it is an algorithm so a computer decides whether I get funded.
This is very frustrating to learn you rely on a computer to tell you who gets what, with the education and experience you should have to help a customer, you just punch my identity in a computer and throw the dice! I am so unhappy that I could see the approval and get emails, texts, and go online and see the approval their as well, only to be told they were going to fund me!!!

They say they're open 24/7 but when you call they're not open on Sundays why don't they change their website This is a screwed up company every other company you can make a payment 7 days a week 12 hours a day that's what I'm trying to do unbelievable

This company says it will give you a loan, well they lie. Myself and a couple of other people tested them out.
Each one denied. We each have good credit, verifiable income, and everything else they require.
But oddly enough each of us were denied. This company states its there to help though when you try to get a loan, they deny you.
They lie.
