The company never specified that you have to bring a 50 dollar cash deposit for the room. We read the email over and over and it says bring a debit card or cash for the deposit. After my husband paid, the lady then said we would not get the refund and started SCREAMING for no reason. We were nothing but calm and patient and she screamed at us for about 5 minutes. We spent $161 on the crappiest little motel with the worst service. I have never experienced worse customer service before. We would highly appreciate getting a refund on the 50 dollar deposit or a full refund for the inconvenience. They were not accommodating whatsoever. My email is maddy.wilkins.8@***.com
