I have always found Best and Less. Is Best Wuality for Less as their name says

- - In the last 12 months quality declined; materials poorer and items fall apart quickly.
I have always bought my pants (knickers) at Best and Less. I buy exactly the same type all and every time.
They are pretty white lace one.
Ed-it-ed body.
They were really nice quality. Well made.
Sadly I have noticed in the last 12 months the quality has changed. The material is poor quality. Half the time the sewing is bad.
Pants Fall to pieces in a few weeks.

- - I was told to bring 'My Card' and to use a Barcode.
- - I submitted an enquiry and have had no answer.
Joined members club, at Best and Less, told to go and finish it online.I did this, said not to forget, to bring "My Card", when I shopped, talked about (Barcode), know nothing of either. I Submitted, an Enquiry, and as yet, have had No Real Answer.I was a Retail Manager, for 20 to 30 Years, This is Not Customer Service.

- - I was in retail for 40+ years and have had no card or response.
I shopped recently, made Purchases, was offered to join.I came home, went on line, signed up, they mentioned, using my Card, each time, I shopped.I have not got a card, sent EMail, have had NO RESPONSE!!! I was in Retail, and a Managef, for over 40Years, not IMPRESSED, with Lack of Response.

Wrost Customer Service in Parramatta Best and less
- - Rude customer service during a shoe exchange for a same-foot pair.
- - No apology or manager name; staff hung up on my call, and I won’t shop here again.
Very rude customer service.
Came to exchange the shoe as she packed a pair of shoe with same foot. Called in the store before hand and she hang up while I was speaking with her.
She was not pleased i was there at her closing time. No sorry for the mistake. She wont even give me her manager name.
What a pathetic customer service. Wont shop again to this store.
