Terrible Customer care and service

If you're considering buying a piece of glass I would 100% recommend not using this website. It has some of the worst customer service and customer care I have ever experienced.

I ordered a black piece of splashback for my oven and when it finally turned up almost a week after the given delivery date, despite paying £15 for delivery and contacting them many times just to get ignored it came with some problems.

We just paid £90 for a piece of glass and expected it to be fine so we attached it to the wall on our tiles, well it was fine up until we cleaned it then it went all smeary and just looked really horrible tried everything to get rid of the smeariness but nothing worked. Anyway after days and weeks of trying to contact them and getting no reply I finally decided to request a refund from my bank which I received. A week or two after that I finally received a very rude unprofessional email from who I believe is actually the manager of this company who first was very in denial about their customer service being shockingly poor but then suggested I had the splashback on the wrong way round and that there was nothing wrong with it even after sending pictures. So I got ignored for another two weeks until they noticed my refund from my bank to which I woke up to a very unprofessional email again demanding and threatening I "must remove it from my wall and send it back to them immediately and failure to do so would result in theft and that action would be taken" so anyway I emailed back saying about it being stuck there and asking for suggestions on how to take it down safely without the glass smashing or ripping up my tilework.

I then received another email saying that its "not their problem" that they sold me a faulty product that I didn't want stuck to my wall and again demanded and threatening some more "I expect it back here within 10 days" we then decided to pay the 75% of the product paying £60 that they demanded for a faulty piece of glass that we shouldn't have had to pay for and are still stuck with that today.

So all in all yeah probably the worst company I've ever dealt with in terms of service and customer care especially dealing with a manager highly unprofessional, aggressive and just really not worth the hassle and I've never seen of anything like it before. Every company should have a certain standard of customer care and product quality but this is definitely not one of them.
