Broken A/C

In October of 2020 I hired Besco to temporarily move an outdoor A/C unit so I could lay down new concrete for it to sit on. Upon reinstalling and after construction was complete, the technician's could not get it fully running due to weather. They asked that I call back in the spring to start up. I did this 3 weeks ago, first tech could not start it due to weather. This week a second tech came out and was able to get it started. Later that day, the unit started to make a loud noise so I requested for them to come back and investigate. This tech skeptically acknowledged there was a noise and I was told that "we would take care of it." Today after speaking to a service manager and eventually the owner, Besco is unwilling to make any further repairs to fix the machine without replacement of a motor at my expense. The owner tried to blame every possible thing including icicles and construction workers. I have a heated roof so no icicles form and no construction took place at anytime during Besco's visits. He refused to believe that his team could have damaged it during the initial or secondary move. He was argumentative and turned what should have been a civilized phone call into a yelling match while keeping me on speaker so that others could listen. I want my money back or a repair.
