Please fix my stove

Defect dishwasher without warranty
- - We installed a Bertazzoni dishwasher after May 2025 renovations.
- - 2 months later, the leak in the body cavity isn't covered as it's out of warranty.
I had previously purchased a Bertazzoni dishwasher, and upon completion of the renovations in May of 2025, we had the dishwasher removed from the box and installed. Well, today, less than two months later, they told us that it had a leak in the body cavity and it was not covered because it was out of warranty.

I've had the same issue with my freezer freezing up with sheets of ice, but the freezer doesn't freeze food, and the ice maker doesn't work. I have to deal with Eastern Marketing for my service on the East Coast. They are horrible at diagnosing the problem.

They sent the latches at 79. Ea plus an install kit for extra moneys.
I don’t have the glass as I’ve waited since Sec3024 for it, so it’s bio use to call a service person. The last 3 don’t know how to work on Bertazzoni even though recommended by them. I just bought a Breville counter top oven for 400.
as my 5K Bertazzoni hasn’t worked since Nov2924. Feeling helpless.
Oven glass exploded when oven wasnt even on. No glass replacement available since December 2024.
Only used 10 times.
Using a toaster oven. Shameful!

After three months problems started and the service I receive is not adequate for the level of the product I bought.
At first, the product suddenly started making clicks in the middle of the night on the central burner. The service's advice instead of getting to the repair was to cut off the electricity "for a few days" it will pass...
Now it turns out that two Termo Cables are defective and after three days of service in which I had to wait at home, they took the stove.
The reason is "the loosening of the screws". In addition, the entire stove basin is full of liquid stains that entered due to lack of sealing.
And it's six months since buying the kirimtz, the customer is to blame!!!

- - Since June, ABT repairs haven't fixed the fridge.
- - Now a control board must be assembled and isn't stocked; board arrives Aug, warranty may be over.
This circus with ABT over the repair of our refrigerator has been going on since June. Each time they send a guy out, it bever gets fixed.
First it was the compressor. Than it was a forgotten connector. Now its a control board you people don't stock! We have been told a control board has to be assembled.
We were told it wont get here untill the end of August!! The warranty may be over by then! We have no idea if ABT will be able to fix it even with a new board! They say if it still does not work...they have to ask you guys to replace the unit.
We will not pay for a brand new fridge if it has to be replaced. Please advise.

Faulty refrigerator

Yes there is still a problem with my refrigerator. In addition to the exorbitant price the refrigerator has never worked properly.
The ice maker has worked very erratically and badly throughout the three years that we have owned it requiring several service calls., we have spent almost $3,000 to buy additional maintenance insurance.,the refrigerator is currently not working at all. Technicians come and go but are never truly successful. Our last resort is to contact the better business bureau in New York and the office of consumer affairs.
We are disappointed and disgusted with our purchase. We never imagined that we could have so many problems with this appliance in addition to the complete lack of help from the original vendor and the ensuing lack of response from Bertazzoni

Terrible product/ customer service

The customer service team only wants to order parts. I currently cant use oven, cooktop or dishwasher.

Failing refrigerator still not fixed after 6 months - no solution in sight
- - The icemaker stopped 6 months ago with error 8, despite 3 service visits.
- - Errors 12-13 appear and temps swing from 68F to freezing with no callback.
The icemaker of my Bertazzoni fridge stopped working 6 months ago and started showing an error code (8).
Bertazzoni sent a service company 3 times to try and fix it.
The icemaker still does not work, and now more errors are appearing (12-13), and the main compartment of the fridge randomly warmed up to 68F and cooled down to freezing.
The service agents - and the voicemail welcome message - all promise to call you back, but no one does. Last week I called every day.
Every day another agent expresses their sympathy and promises a callback. No one calls back.
I am at the end of my wits.
