I tried this app twice.
The first time, I got an email every day telling me to schedule an interview. Every time I replied 'my hearing aids are broken.

You are a phone app. I should be able to have an interview by typing.' Every reply was 'insurance companies demand interviews by speech'. So insurance companies don't allow deaf people to communicate with a dietician? (There was no answer to this--they just kept sending emails demanding a phone interview).
The second time I tried to call was when my hearing aids were repaired.

I tried to sign up. I was sent to a website telling me options of how to download the app. I tried the live chat. They send me the exact same page.

After the fourth reminder that I could not be chatting with the bot if I had not already downloaded the app, I got the message 'I am now transferring you to a specialist'.

There was no specialist. There was just an half hour of radio silence.
Yes, all of this was intentional of their part.

  • - Devils Food cake mix with 1 cup water, 1/2 cup Crisco Pure Canola oil, 3 eggs in a 9x13 pan.
  • - Cake is 1 inch tall, not 2-2.5.
  • - Middle is higher.

Just made a birthday cake with Betty Crocker Favorites Super Moist cake mix, Devils Food.

Instead of 2 to 2 1/2 inches tall, it is 1 inch tall. I used the same 9 x 13 pan I have always used.

Purchased the mix yesterday. I added 1 Cup water, 1/2 Cup Crisco Pure Canola, oil I have always used and three fresh eggs.

What did I do wrong? Why is it only one inch high ( it is still in pan and I measured on the side.

The middle is slightly higher.

In the past they always reach the top of my glass pans when taken from 350 degree oven ( they shrink a bit while cooling. What did I do wrong?
