I firstly, want to say that it has not been easy to file a complaint with Berro Property Management, because you never know if youre speaking to the right person. The manager has repeatedly violated my privacy by illegally entering my apartment. Berro Property Management has been unable or unwilling to dissuade the manager from entering my apartment without any justification. In February of this year, I filed a complaint against the manager, unfortunately, it did not deter the him from entering my apartment. On the contrary, he did it more frequently. He even entered my apartment while I was taking a bath and opened my safety box. He tried to get a copy of my safety box key. Even though, Berro Property Management had informed me that the manager did not work for them anymore, which I doubt it now. The manager has tampered with my two (2) laptops and one (1) tablet. Only me and the manager suppose to have access to my apartment, so I must assume that he is letting someone else in. Landlords and managers are not entitled to go through my unit and belongings at will. The tenant has the right to undisturbed use the rental unit and/or infliction of emotional distress. The man in question may not act as a manager today, but I am sure he is in charge of the most despicable act. He is most likely to use a gas cylinder that mixed with any other product and injected continuously into your apartment, may give the sensation that you are suffering from Tunnitus. Difficult to believe. For that reason I ask anybody who read my report and has been having similar experience, to raise your voice and denounce. We will never know how many people are being victimized, if we do not denounce. You are not alone. The most people that raise their voice the best chance we may have to combat these abuses from landlords.(managers) When I moved this apartment, three and a half (3 1/2) years ago, all the common areas were really nasty. The managers dog pooped in the patio.
