I had found a bug/small insect inside the turkey ham package. I have emailed them pictures but they couldnt give me any explanations and wanted to sort it all with a £10 voucher for any inconveniences.
I think an investigation about the chain of packaging should be pursued. And I dont think they took my complaint seriously at all.

I am disgusted to say what I have eaten, and as now feeling poorly will be taking this to trading standards. The time of cooking states 15-17 minutes on the Kievs.
After eating one and immediately vomiting I cut one up and came across a pink, slimy, mushy context which was not cooked!!! After cooking for the time given, I am not a happy customer and now am poorly.
