Rude treatment

I emailed an inquiry about getting a representative for a fall at fast food restaurant. I received a very rude response that it wouldn't be a case they would be interested in.

I included pictures of the unsafe and unmarked area where I fell and of my injuries. I think it was because it would not have been a "high ticket" case and that I'm an "old person.".

In any case common courtesy would have been better. I feel that this is a sleazy unreliable business.

This has been the worst experience ever. I would never use Bernard Law Group again.

My accident happened almost a year ago and ever since the very beginning I have had to do all of my own work regarding the accident. I have to constantly email the attorney and his paralegal asking status of my case. I have also had to basically convince my own lawyer to fight for me.

Everytime I email I get told, "oh yeah, we will follow up on that today." They will also pretend like they don't receive my emails checking status. I WILL NEVER USE BERNARD LAW GROUP AGAIN, especially Matt Hale & Carly Mallow.

This sounds exactly like my case I am dealing with the same problem and the same people. Very bad move on my part to have trusted them I am changing attorney's ASAP I have learned that a good attorney will build a portfolio for you and your accident.

These people have done nothing but I am paying them. See ya, do not use them.
