Hi, I purchased a Carbon Watts - L/XL / Translucent Black helmet on December 30th for $318.75 USD. The first credit card I used for payment failed four times (it was a Bank of China credit card), and I don't know what caused the transaction to fail.
I then changed to another savings card from Chase Bank and it showed that the transaction was successful, and I only had this order.
When I checked the bill today, I found that the Bank of China credit card ending in 9561 showed that I had four purchases from bern, all of which were $318.75 USD.
I have confirmed with the Bank of China that these four transactions of $318.75 USD have been successfully paid out. I want to contact you to get my money back.

I attempted to buy the watts helmet and a light from your official website but my payment info was rejected 3 times on two separate cards. I was told my information was incorrect by the point of sale program on your site , so I kept entering my card number(s) assuming that I had miss-typed my information .
I never received any confirmation that I successfully purchased anything - just the same message telling me my information was incorrect. However , when I looked at the accounts for the two cards I attempted to use, I saw that charges were pending. This is not acceptable as I had no reason to assume I was being charged, based on the information your site provided me. I eventually decided to order the helmet through Amazon- but in the meantime , I need to know that those incorrect charges are not going to be applied to my two cards.
There is some kind of glitch in your system- I do not want to be charged for merchandise I didnt purchase much less receive any shipping notification or receipts from. Please contact me at your nearest convenience.
