One support leg became disconnected from the pedestal base and the table started to tip over. Upon a visual inspection it appears that the clips that attach to the footing were not installed.
One side has the clips and the disconnected side has none. I contacted Rider Furniture about this problem and they informed me that they will send someone to our home on Friday to inspect the problem.
If possible, can you mail the missing clips to Rider Furniture in Princeton, NJ?

The man who came to my house today, Andrew from Bermex, was extremely rude. His manner of speaking was absolutely uncalled for.
I am a paraplegic in a power wheelchair. I am unable to function as quickly as he felt was acceptable. He made one degrading comment after the next. He continued his verbal assault with a smile even during the seizure he triggered.
My nurse was aghast that she was trying to care for me and his response was that he only had 10 minutes at each house and this was taking too much time. I ended up turning my credit cards over to him so he could call in my payment because I was enable to do so during my medical emergency, and in his words "being crippled isn't a reason not to pay your bill." This entire experience was completely unacceptable!
