Berman INFINITI of Niles

I took my car to the Berman Infiniti of Niles to replace the rotors. these parts wore out very quickly, after 21,000 miles.

A car of this class should have high-quality back rotors that should last at least 50,000 miles. After replacing the parts, the car was taken to a car wash where it was damaged. On the passenger side of the rear door, a strip was broken, and the front and rear doors were scratched. This all happened at an authorized Infiniti dealership.

What is the procedure in such a situation. I arrived in a car without any damage and received a scratched and broken car. My car is 2022 QX 60 autograph.After Berman Infinity of Niles damaged my car they took it for whole week to fix it. After finaly I got my car back I asked to get some free service as a compensation for my loss.

According to diler air filter, fuel injection system cleaning and one more filter was due for service. I ask them to do it for free and to do not start the work till I come over there. I want to see when they doing the work. They wait for me but they move the car to different part of the shop where I couldn't see anything.

After they replace the parts they damage the car again!!! This time they told me that the door foll down on my back wing and scratched it. They didn't want to pay for fixing it since I told the manager that I don't want to them to much my car they told me that they can order the part and fix it in their shop. I was forced to do it their way.

When the part finaly arrived I drive there I had to take day off at work to be able to do it. Manager told me that they can't install the patr because the wing needs to be painted and he didn't know about it. So I waisted whole day at work for nothing , they gave me free oil change as a compensation. They want to take my car for another few days to body shop again.

I refuse it. Also when I pick up.my car after they replace e my back rotors disks I start hiring some rattling noise behind my steering wheels near air went. I ask them to drive with me so they can hear it and fix it. The technician told me that is normal because Infinity use very poor quality and cheap parts and it's nothing to fix.

80000$ car with 22000 miles. Unbelievable!!! I have to take day off again to go to body shop to get my wing replaced. I end up with not fixed issue.

No one ever service my car instead of Berman Infinity of Niles. First they told me that my back rotors were completely used after 20000 miles when I told them that is impossible and the part must be defective and they have to fix it for free, which they did they give me damage car scratch on the front and back door and pulled out molding plus rattling sound coming from behind of steering wheel or air vent area. After I asked to give e me fuel injection system cleaning and replacing filters for freeas a compensation for damaging my car they did this bot they scratched back wing with the rolling door. They never fix rattling sound in my car!

Instead I was informed that Infinity use bad quality and cheap parts!

I highly don't recommend this Berman Infiniti of Niles service. I have very bad experience with this place.I still have to fix the rattling sound which appears after they perform back rotors replacement, but I don't want to take this car to Berman Infinity of Niles again because they may damage the car again.
