Resolved: I placed an order with this website/company on 11/06/2024. They sent me an email saying the order was confirmed and it's on it's way, however today is 11/21/2024 and there's no tracking number.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They sent an email with a receipt of the full refund.
The receipt had no company name, not even in the email heading.
This is a bogus company & a scam. I highly recommend never purchasing anything from Berlini.
I've sent several emails/tickets to them and not a single response back. There's no phone number to reach them.
No way to contact them.
I reall6 need your help! This website is a complete scam that took my money.
