New Air con not working
Still awaiting return label to send the skyscraper air con back to your company as there was no life to the unit when plugged in so a faulty unit. I would like to have another one in working order sent out to me please. Many thanks

New Air con not working
Nothing really as these things happen, we are all human. Maybe just check that the appliance is working before sending and that would save a lot of work. Apart from that I really like your products.
