Berkshire Patient Portal fails to respond, leaving me locked out of access to medical info that BMC sends me

Hi, I am randomly posting this anywhere I can because I can't get any help from the Berkshire Patient Portal to regain access to my account. I have been locked out of my account since Monday 8/7 when a password reset failed. I have called and emailed the support line over and over and because no one gets back to me, I am locked out of my account. This is not brain surgery! All it takes is for one person to make a phone call or email. This negligence is unprofessional and unacceptable. June Tooley

Preferred solution: Get the support line to restore my access to the Berkshire Patient Portal - all it would take is a simple phone call or email from those responsible

Unpleasant staff

The person I dealt with was Christina Krause Marks. She was very unpleasant. How do you hire these people? Do they have to have a good degree? Experience? I think they need to be polite, eager to help and have basic manners. This woman was bad tempered, loud, gossiping, rude Southerner who does not represent the Berkshires or the area. I got help from someone else but this woman was SO rude! Perhaps that kind of terrible unprofessional and uncouth service works in the south, but not here. The Berkshire health system was otherwise okay once I realized I could ask someone else who was not bad tempered and aggressive, to help.

Ugh! Unpleasant woman


When the therapist needs therapy

This woman is extremely bad tempered, gossipy and makes your skin crawl! How do people like this run therapy practices is beyond belief, when they clearly need help themselves! She is very argumentative and bossy. Loud, crass, rude - is only the beginning! Spare yourself the discomfort.
