I ordered a 3000 yard of green trident 6lb test it was supposed to be delivered on May 31. They sent it to the wrong address.

I called you and spoke to a lady, who said she would resend it, I still have not received it.

I order alot from you. I would like to get this resolved or I will have to start getting my fishing gear somewhere else, I really do like the Berkeley products

The rod broke under pressure from a hang I am not upset things like this just happening in the fishing world from what I understand they are going to replace the rod

caught a fat one today and the hooks got damaged. what size hooks are with jerk bait?

hooks got bent, seem to very thin.

I called and spoke to somebody regarding some power worms they were charge to my card then the charge was taken off. the order was never placed.

called back and hade to place a new order.

This time all emails about the order Disappeared but charge was still there. Just got my order.

I've had repeated issues of BT XL and XT line breaking for no reasons. Sometimes during cast, sometimes during retrieve.

Today I lost a great fish because the line snapped under pressure. I tied a new lure on and cast and the line snapped again mid cast!

Can't get anyone from Berkley to respond back! MY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP TODAY COULDNT HELP ME SHE SAID BECAUSE SHE WAS GOING TO LUNCH AND WOULD CALL ME BACK...SMH.

Hubby ordered lures, they came in way smaller than I expected. Returned them, have confirmation that they were received, no credit on card yet, its been 3 weeks.

Haven't received an email, no lures, no credit and no response to emails or phone calls, on hold for over an hour, no one is answering.

Customer service does not exist - do not plan to order or purchase again from this company. Save your money!

It is too bad you are not being upfront about your laborday sale. Your site says 10% off already marked down prices, but when I put in the code it does not take off the 10%.

It is either deceptive advertising or your system is not working. I called yesterday morning and was told the person would have his supervisor get back to me. Never happened. Now I noticed you changed something that will increase my price if I remove the code, but when I go back to the site and look at the items they still have the reduced price that I started with before adding the code.

This is so deceptive. I think its time to go to the internet with this one.

Purchased a Berkley line counter. First time out it worked great.

I even tested it for accuracy and it was almost dead on. Second time out it started to have trouble counting, it would skip or not count at all. Third time out it stopped counting all together. Also it would not reset.

Tried Contacting Berkley several times with NO response. Guess they already got my money. Cabela's on the other hand replaced it free of charge. Thanks Cabela's.

I had enough of the old one. I think Berkley just makes stuff that looks like fishing equipment.
