Positive experience
I don't have a complaint. I am very satisfied with the Berkey blue dispenser and the filters and service. I buy replacement filters once yearly and I fill the dispenser one time every one to two days.

Bad experience
I purchased 2 very expensive Black Berkey filters from this company but in hindsight it's clear to me that these never worked. Compared with others of the same brand, they were rough, ragged edged, and they failed the red dye performance text within less than 2000 gallon, despite the website advertising them as having an incredibly long life of 6000 gallons.
The proof is in their customer service response, which was to offer me only a 25% discount based on their age, rather than addressing my concerns.
The website also claims that they filter all this stuff and the only reason they aren't certified is cost. But there is a Wirecutter article that shows how much of a scam these are.
