I "won" a tiny piece of gold in April, sent the check for $111 dollars on May 1st. It cleared my bank on May 4th, so they ran to the bank with it.

Then nothing. I email them and they ignore me until I start to get nasty with them. Finally he responds and claims that he thinks my check bounced (I DIDN'T)! Here I am, the end of August, they got my money and I got nothing.

DON'T BID IN THIS AUCTION!!

THEY SUCK! They are so bad, they have a "Pissed Consumer Terms of Service"

Won an auction paid for it and never received my coin. No response from Berger until I told them I was filing with the BBB the told my they have been doing this for 27 years and everything will be fine.

Nothing is fine no shipment no refund no communication from them. A complete waste of money.

They should be called (Berger Cons) instead of Berger Coins. They have nonexistent customer service

I won and paid for several items over $700 on HiBid.com in September 2023. I never received the items, tracking numbers or monetary return.

They rarely communicate, and when they do, they do not do as they say.

Their phones are out of service or never answered. There are many terrible reviews starting around August 2023., read them so that you dont get your money stolen.

I bought some things on auction in September and never recieved it. They dont return calls or emails.

I have no tracking number.

There are tons of reviews that corroborate my experience and these people should be prosecuted for fraudulent practices. Do not buy from this company they do not deserve your business!

I've participated in well over a dozen Berger auctions and am extremely satisfied. All but one shipment was delivered in about 2 weeks.

I inquired about the one that took longer and they were very responsive to my call. They called me back even when I told them they didn't need to and kindly provided a reasonable explanation. All of the items I've bid on and won have been good quality. I love Berger's auctions and I will continue to participate in them!

Bought several hundred dollars worth of merchandise from their auction. Never Received Merchandise.

Stay Away. Dont even think about buying from them.

On line bid never sent product quick to invoice , BEWARE Thieves!!!

Tried multiple emails and no responses back

Never delivered the items purchased , Won't answer his phone, won't answer text ,sms ,anything. He knows you will complain.

He don't want to answer any questions. His auctions are for dumping his bulk junk coins that he otherwise can not sell , but makes maximum profits on them because of how he words it on the auction.

Money took out of my account from a fraud??? I bought coins from them and never received them.

After many attempts to get them just kept getting the runaround from them and contacted hi- bid and they done absolutely nothing. Contacted my credit card company to inform them about berger coins and they reimbursed me.

Berger Coins and Collectibles SOLD me counterfeited coins totaling more than $800.

I tried to get a refund FOR MONTHS to no avail.

Very BAD people, NO business ethics, crooks.
