This company tries to take advantage of thier customers, this is not the first time ive had to deal with these issues, they told my mother that she would need repairs for things that were not broken or needed repairs which was a few months ago. Then they told a lady she had no oil on her oil dipstick and they would have to add 2.5qts of oil when in fact she had just got an oil change not even 30min prior and the place that changed her oil initially showed her the full oil level before she left , the service advisor was very rude on the phone and so was the service center manager . I do not want these people to contact me , i would rather the owner contact me if anything, so i can make him/her aware of what these people are doing .
