I tried to contact customer service for 5 days to ask to change the delivery date and no answers. I did a mistake on delivery date and will not be anymore at that address in UK after tomorrow

I been waiting all day for my cookie parcel and I was send a text message by DPD saying they deliver my parcel in Portsmouth ,which is wrong address . I have give the right address ,but still was deliver to the wrong address .
This was my daughters birthday present and Im very disappointed!
I called DPD and they confirmed to me that is has been delivered to the wrong address and they could not help me .
They advised me to contact the company .
