No one should ever give money to anyone to do a job before it is complete. Materials should of already been paid for or on an account and delivered before u give a check for materials either
I myself have a business building houses and being a new home contractor.
These messages posted about my dad only affect me not him. He doesn't and hasn't worried about his name n a long time. So u guys saying stuff r wasting ur time cause U can't get to someone that doesn't care what u say. All I'm saying is.
There is a lot of people doing the same as Benny tichenor sr. And u will make them go away of u won't pay early when they try to make the deal with u.
Never give money up front without anything u can hold for it.

I personally had Benny Tichenor Construction build my ENTIRE house from start to finish and from the ground up. He and his entire crew took excellent care of building the house.
They were friendly and very haste in the process of getting it done. I personally know and trust the owner of the company(Benny Tichenor 2.), not to be confused with Benny Tichenor Sr.
who is the corporate of the bad words and disgust of both parties on here. I just wanna clear things up that BENNY TICHENOR CONSTRUCTION is loyal and honest to there customers and make sure that the job is done and make sure that it is done right.
