I ordered a mug online as a birthday gift. It arrived with a huge hole in the glaze.
It was $28 plus shipping and it was second quality.
I called customer service and they told me I had to ship it back at my own cost to get a replacement. When I finally received the replacement the glaze was even worse and it was ungiftable and unusable.
I ended up having to buy a much more expensive present locally in a rush at the last minute and have an unusable mug sitting in a box now.
I wrote a review describing my experience on their website and the webmaster never posted it.
