I wasn’t able to talk to anyone!!

Had an issue with the captains chair and needed to replace it and now the rest of the seats do not match.

Warranty concern

I was under the impression that my 2016 Bennington was still under warranty until April 2026. When I bought the boat new from Futrell Marine here in Hot Springs, Arkansas I was told if I joined (I believe it was called Club Bennington) the warranty would extend for another three years which I did for a total of ten years. The 2017 year boats did go to a full 10 year warranty. I owned a Bennington before this one which I also bought new from Futrell and was traded in on this boat.

The item I was wanting to replace was the boot cover for the top when the top is folded up.

The boot was beginning to tear and the zipper didnt work very well so I thought since the boat would be going out of warranty in April of next year (2026) I might as well replace it. I try to keep the boat In top shape.

Its a minor part but I was a little concerned when the lady I talked to at Futrell thought I had bought the boat from a private individual. Made me wonder where are their sales records. The last two boats I have owned were bought new from Futrell and all service for them has also been done by Futrell.

The boot top cover is no big deal.

I can buy one.

I was just taken by surprise when told the warranty was out. I am sure you probably have assess to sale record but I have attached the sales receipt.image0.jpeg

The number you connected me to is Polaris not Bennington so its completely worthless. Why you would connect me to Polaris when I asked for parts for my Bennington pontoon boat is beyond me. All you did is waste a bunch of my time and got nothing accomplished better get the right information on your website so you can help people instead of wasting their time.
