Bad service

I ordered a pizza and bread at 6:20 and it came at 8:00. I called to speak to the manager and he told me "sorry, we only have 1 driver." and then I had complained about my food being cold, and he said "it's not my problem a driver quit today". the pizza and bread I received were old looking and cold. By the time it got to my home it barely looked edible. I didn't eat but one piece of the pizza, because I was hungry, and was completely disgusted. I believe the manager was rude and disrespectful towards me. I will not order from the south Lyon location again after this experience. You don't treat customers this way.

Poor Customer Service at Benitos

Poor customer service! I've ordered take out pizza for my family for years. Tonight I noticed a random charge for $1 on my receipt. I was told by Benito's servers that I must pay $1 for crushed red pepper & parmesan cheese. I asked, "why must I pay $1 for condiments that are free on each table?" I was told that the pizza special is at such a low price, I now have to pay for such take out condiments. In my opinion, they are discriminating. This was the second time that they tried to take advantage of me. They just lost a customer tonight!
