Nothing has developed. They don't have this action down pat.
There's no food catalog so what they have you find out haphazardly, by asking. Employees of customer service can get overwhelmed because they have to look through pages to see what is offered. Some brand names offered but it's hit or miss. Frequently, boxed food is open, spilling out in the box.
Cans are dented. There was no set format for refunds or replacements - more like they dealing with issues as they come, certainly not prepared! This was thrown together with no guidelines set in place. Boxes look used, they're filthy, mouse turds, sometimes packed well, sometimes not.
There are no savings. The highest prices are paid for every item - small Jell-O, $4.25. Prices same as drug store, however name brands are available in healthcare - which is a good thing. The assortment is LARGE.
You can now get the Items you might pass over from your own expense. This benefit is a great boon and worth every penny. Now, there's no reason not to have a "supply" of health aids and foodstuffs.
They just didn't organize the system, on their end. Rather, slapped it together and have to take it apart to rebuild a cohesive rapport.
Nothing has been resolved, two months.
