I bought two Benefit Cosmetics items through an Instagram shop, but only one item was delivered. I reached out to the company several times via email, but received no response from either the Instagram shop or Benefit Cosmetics.

Zip code was incorrect and product wasnt delivered. I dont know who to contact to correct the address.
Disappointed in micoblading pencil l bought in John Lewis liverpool . I always have use benefit eye brow products they are fab. But this one isn't it hardly has any colour to it, I chose medium brown
Bought microblading pencil think its rubbish & john lewis would not give me my money back because id uesd it, how was l suppose to know what it was like, until l uesed it

Update:Finally spoke to a real person who actually acknowledged the problem on January 3. My order was still listed as Shipped, with a tracking #, but they in fact were out of the items.
He issued my refund, which I received 10 days later. Lesson: never order directly from Benefit and NEVER right before Christmas
THE WORST!! Shipping, warehouse and customer service are severely lacking at BenefitCosmetics.
Ordered November 29th (order#BC6653****)
and STILL havent received it - today is December 29th!
I called two weeks ago and was assured it would be shipped in time for Christmas, after waiting on hold for 37 minutes. 3 days later I received a tracking number. A few hours later the UPS tracking number updated to Delay - your package was not received at the UPS facility and it hasnt changed since. Ive emailed them multiple times asking why, where it is, when it will come, then asking to cancel the order, refund my money (charged on 12/17, then asking for ANY AKNOWLEDGMENT of these communications.
Nothing. No contact. No refund. No product.
Nothing. Guess Ill have to get back on hold tomorrow with an outsourced customer service rep.
Soooooo disappointing, since their products are so good. Ive never in my life had such a horrible experience, and Ive been an in-line shopper forever - before that, a catalog shopper (I hate actual shopping)!

Incredible Waxing Service
I would like to commend the employees at the Benefit Brow Bar for their tremendous customer service, attention to detail, and positive attitudes. I have visited the Brow Bar multiple times and have not been disappointed with any of the beauticians who have performed services on me.
The women were upbeat and considerate of my time and schedule. I was greeted warmly and felt comfortable for the duration of my appointment.
I have utilized the Benefit Brow Bar for the brow waxing service thus far. My first appointment was scheduled in August of 2017 before returning to college in the Fall for my Junior year. Before going to the Brow Bar, I had never gotten my eyebrows waxed before and was apprehensive about the process.
My reservations were immediately eased as soon I was greeted by the technician and the appointment began. In addition to the positive environment, the service I received was outstanding. My beautician, Dawn, mapped out the precise areas that needed waxing to determine my ideal brow shape. I felt very comfortable knowing that she paid such close attention to detail to ensure my satisfaction.
My eyebrows were incredibly well-shaped and clean-cut. Dawn also made sure to fill in my eyebrows with Benefit products and cover the redness and irritation with concealer, thus ensuring that I walked out with complete satisfaction. After my first appointment in August, I have returned numerous times for routine grooming sessions.
I will definitely be returning to the Brow Bar, and look forward to trying out more services and interacting with more employees.
I will recommend the services to anyone who needs a brow service in the future. Thank you again and keep up the amazing work!
Very bad
I ordered two Benefit mascaras and one I couldn't even get the wand out it was so dry! Very unhappy with the product!!
