- - Company strings injured clients and hands off to an attorney for difficult cases; ads are misleading and a local disability-claims attorney is better.
I am severely injured from an auto accident. They strung me along until the end and then handed me off to a private attorney.
They said it was a difficult case. So by handing off the difficult cases they can say they are the most successful company. They pick and choose the easy cases. I feel that everyone should know that ads are misleading and can cause you wasted time and enormous frustration.
Not sure what else to say. I feel it would behoove you to cut out the useless middle man and just go with a local attorney that specializes in disability claims.
