Horrible company.

Horrible everything, rip you off, don't give you the speed you pay for, you name it. awful company with awful service. Go with anything over them.

Illegal Charges

Bendbroadband charges for rental of equipment which is NOT needed. A special router for GPON is NOT needed. Any wi-fi router sold today will work at Bendbroadbands gigabite speeds. Many of Netgear's routers can spoof Bendbroadband's MAC address of their rented router and demonstrate that any router will get the job done. Bendbroadband is a crook!

Wife teaches by Zoom and online and our connection is terrible right now. As usually try and call and get help and put on hold and finally get fed up and hang up.

Wife could not teach at home and had to run into work. Also we changed banks and gave them a new routing number for online bill paying. First month was fine and next thing we are receiving in the mail that we are two months behind and our service would be disconnected. We called and we told it takes time fore the new routing numbers to go through.

REALLY? So why did it work one month?

IDIOTS. If only there was more competition in this town so we could get away from Bendbroadband.

going on over a year suck , loss media lost signal, codes DMOO-405 tech didn't even know what that means in middle of show goes black stating I do not have this channel even tho I have been watching it. try for help and they sucked

To be able to watch a whole program with out pixels black screens errors no voice you to train your help so they can figure out problem tech support sucks and would like someone in states so I can understand them.

We are having a new garage built on property. We have tried to get Bend Broadband to move their cable for two months and TEN calls into them. The worst!!!!!! Still today, no solid response. Oh, but they jump right on those sales calls!!! They will let you chat for a sales call, but if you have a technical or service issue you sit on hold and get no record of your conversation. I am sure they are too busy with all the new multi-housing projects going up in Bend. It must be a big "cash cow" for them.

Poor service with technical support response time

*I have a bad video recorder box and I cannot see programming on the channel guide thus service is scheduled but a week out and thus your service is unacceptable. The TV in my spare room is locked for all channels and there is no pin to input to clear the problem thus I called technical support and waited 29 minutes to get a support person that could not give me assist. I went on line to sign in to my account and could not because I don'I disliket have a pin#. Your technical support is a drastic failure and sadly I am going to cancel my tv service.
