Benchmark Physical Therapy will cheat you!
- - Wife had strokes and broke her arm and shoulder.
- - Insurance maxed visits; billed more.
- - BBB dispute unresolved; collection; Benchmark PT dishonest.
My Wife suffered several strokes, and fell to break her arm and shoulder. We went to BPT for therapy, and after our insurance had used the allowed number of visits, they told her she qualified for more visits.
This was a total lie, and billed her for the extra. We disputed with BBB, and they would not recant. Unable to pay the bill in full, we are making payments every month. They just turned us over to a collection agency.
They are dishonest in their business practices, and uncaring for people in an unstable situation.
Be careful, please do not use them. There are several reputable companies to choose from, but not Benchmark Physical Therapy.
