Went to the venue on March 27th to see Katt Williams I pulled out my phone and I was aggressively approached not even giving a second chance I had originally paid for tickets at StubHub but they didn't arrive on time so I told my wife to get a refund and I will pay for the tickets now I paid $585 to sit in the front row wasn't even there for 15 minutes before I was escorted out I paid for those tickets because I have a wife who's going to have Alzheimer's and I wanted to make sure that we made the memory yes I did pull out my phone but that was no reason for me to be treated the way that I was I even offered to leave my phone with the security until the show was over it's important that you guys pay attention to this because I was cheating out of my money and I have no refund $585 doesn't come easy to a lot of us I ask that somebody look into this and please get back to me my phone is 813-494-**** my email is strap21 79.as@***.com
