They did not dispute the chargeback.

This company dropped a name saying that person had suggested we would be a sponsor which actually made this sound legit since the person happened to be a friend and business owner, except I learned that person had not given our name. Then we found out the golf course they claimed to be doing business with had not secured them to do their course guide.

They did not have any written authorization or signed agreement from us, but still ran our card.

Even though we told them we wanted to cancel within 4 hours of our verbal "sure let's do it" phone call, and emailed them six times. The company did not respond, ran our card and still had the audacity to keep up the scam by calling for artwork.

DIS BELIEF

When I called to get a copy of the ad we purchased. I was talked down to and told we never asked for a copy and that was told by the man who answered the phone that he did me a favor by answering my call.

He proceeded to tell degrade me and basically did nothing for me. This is a terrible terrible company to do business with.

I was scammed by, Bench Craft, advertising compan

I am writing to you because I was defrauded by a company called Bench Craft Company. They sell advertisement at Golf Courses in Nevada(possible other states). They contacted me at the beginning of June, 2013 to sell me advertisement at the Durango Hills Golf Course for my housekeeping business.

I went out to Durango Hills Golf Course and talked to the manager, Andrew, who showed me where my advertisement will be placed at on a score card. After I visited the golf course I decided to go with the advertisement and I paid for it with my Capital One credit card. First,Bench Craft said that the ad will be printed at the beginning of July. I decided to purchase one more advertisement from them at Red Rock Canyon Country Club.

The Red Rock Canyon advertisement was going to be the same as at Durango Hills and it will be printed at the middle of July. I asked them about advertisement at my area at Henderson. They said they represent Black Mountain Golf Course. I said that once I see my advertisement being displayed at Durango Hills and at Red Rock I would possible buy advertisement at Black Mountain.

I called Bench Craft and told them that when my ads are printed in July to call me and I go back to Durango Hills and to Red Rock to look at the printed ads. I called Bench Craft and I emailed them about what happened to my ads and why they were not printed. They said that my ad will be published at the middle of July at Durango Hills and at the beginning of August at Red Rock. I started to get suspicious and I called the Golf Courses again.

Durango Hills said that there is no advertisement from my company, Bubbles Housekeeping, but they are using Bench Craft as an advertising company. Red Rock said that they have their own in-house advertisement and they do NOT use Bench Craft. Black Mountain said that they are NOT using Bench Craft but a lot of people calling them about Bench Craft because they suspect fraud.

I looked at my credit card charges 4 days ago and found out that fraudulently I was charged for advertisement at Black Mountain. I called Bench Craft and complained and they said that I purchased the ad at Black Mountain.

I told them I did not and to send me the contract that I agreed to purchasing the ad at. They said that they helped me with advertisement when I needed it and now I am not helping them. I filled a credit card dispute for all three charges and I went online to read reviews about Bench Craft Company. I found out that they were scamming other people and they told them the same things that to me.

Bench Craft called me at least 3-4 times a day from different phone numbers, they send me emails and they send me printed invoices also at the beginning when they were pressuring me to purchase from them. I have all the documents and I am more than happy to send FBI everything so Bench Craft company can be stopped. I have names, phone numbers, email addressed and letters.

Please call me and I will give you all the evidence. Thanks: Chilla Pastor

All 5 star reviews are absolutely from the company

I worked for this horrible company and they encouraged us to go out and write good fake reviews to counter the bad ones! Please stay away from this company take it from someone who worked on the inside they are cut throat and do not trust these good reviews if you go to some of the other complaint boards from other cities you will see the same exact reviews.

The advertisers that write these complaints are not wrong, this company is totally unethical and that is why I QUIT after only 2 weeks. The Golf Courses they sell on should run!

run! run!
