Non existent customer service
items arrived promptly but were too small. contacted customer service immediately to return (was initially hoping for exchange) but they took about two weeks to even reply.
got a DHL shipping label - not exaclty the most convenient shipper in the US. took me a while to find a place to drop it off, but I did. It has been one month since the tracking shows they received my return but I'm still waiting on a refund. sent them multiple emails that have yet to be replied to.
the phone number for customer service basically just tells you to email them if you call during business hours.
useless. still no reply or refund.

Ben Sherman have still not delivered missing order 29.11.24 BS307829 £94.00
Ben Sherman customer service have apologised on 29.12.24 for not responding or delivering the missing order but have now gone silent again and after a further two emails from me asking what they are doing about it have just ignored me again! I will contact the bank before going to small claims court if that fails. Absolutely disgusting service.

Ben Sherman Accessories Canvas Faux Leather Messenger Bag - Poor Quality Construction
I purchased a really cute Ben Sherman Messenger Bag in May of 2010 -- in August of 2010, on my fourth use, the handle strap pulled completely out of the bag, stitching and all.
The stitching on the other handles appears to be close to unraveling, too.
Beware of poor craftsmanship.
I bought the bag on-line from Gilt Groupe -- they can't take it back for a return, because it's been more than the 21 day return period they've established. Seems ridiculous that an overnighter bag would start to unravel and fall apart after only three months of use.
Definitely my last Ben Sherman accessories purchase.

Rip off of pay out
I have been doing a great deal of bussiness with the sherman Store but my pay off on a tv keeps getting bigger instead of lower when asked about the pay off they tell me one thing then wait about 2 weeks later balance have not changed then I waited 30 days balance has gone up and the reply is beacause of taxes i find that to be some frackanl bull I have had this product for 2 years and over the term and no good responce from the store management about why my increse on a 52 tv with a dvd player

I had a similar experience with Ben Sherman product. A bag that i bought started showing visible signs of wear and tear as well.
Then i bought a leather messenger bag from Soulful Collection. So far, haven't really encountered any problem. The leather is 100% real and natural.
The styling, design etc. also looks great.
To Ben Sherman - guys, show some love to your customers please.
