Bill, we will take down our consumer alert if you would simply apologize for a lapse in customer service. You were aware if the incident at the time because we spoke to you by phone, and you were unwilling to return to our home.
You accused us of making up the problem with your work. we paid your invoice and paid a second person to fix your work. We did call you after getting your e-mail, and while you don\'t recall this situation, it remains the worst experience we\'ve had with anyone who has worked in our home.
We are reasonable. If you would like our consumer alert removed, just say you regret the situation and will make sure other customers are treated with respect.

I used this guy to set up my privat mmj grow op.he just leaves you kids who have no clue what they are doing.his "workers"cuz he is never at the job.. wire my breaker box wrong and left 2 hot 220v wires exposed inside metal outlets and it blew up 2 $250 ballast and 2 $100 bulbs.apon trying to get him to fix he became a crazy person and told me he would beat me up.next morning I wake up to crazy text messages and blocked number telling me they were gunna rob me.these calls went on for days and I had to change my number.these people that were calling me told me my address and told me to not call anyone about it cuz they knew where my grow op was and they would rob it..this guy is a real piece of work.don't ever use him for a job.he is also not insured and does cocain allot
He had his buddies from Sons of Silence call and threaten our lives last night because we asked him to leave when one of his kids screwed up our water heater install.
Do not pay him until the work is finished. We made this mistake and he has kept us waiting hours to come and fix his substandard work. Beware.
I just had some services done yesterday by Bill Mazowski, and I have to disagree. I think that Bill is VERY professional and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Consumers beware! Do not use this company, they are rude, late and flat out dishonest people.
I have never had such a bad experience in my life. I had a very simple electrical need and they were horrible in every area.
I would strongly advise against using this company. Strongly!

This website is a great means to alert consumers and I agree with posting poor businesses but......
After researching my data base I could not find any information about this customer and it sounded as if I was the person doing the work. Here's the bottom line! We make every effort to make our customers happy. If MJW712 had a problem then I should have received a phone call directly to work out a problem. Anytime, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We work very hard to take care of every customer. I noticed two of Ben Franklin Electric past customers made positive comments and I thank you!

You steal peoples money! You are dishonest, unprofessional and you deserve bad reviews! Consumers beware...Investigate this company before you use them!
I used Ben Franklin Electric twice. They installed a whole house fan last summer and it works very well.
They also installed landscape lighting in the front yard and the back deck area. Bill did a good job, and pricing was very fair compared to 1 other bid that I got. I came acrossed this website looking for Ben Franklin Electric website just now. They do pretty good work, and Bill knows alot about building and electrical codes.
He was very helpful showing me how to fix my deck where it has alot of ground movement.
I will contact them Monday to ask him about adding a surge protector for my electronic equipment. Toni
