The first call I could not understand the lady, the second call hung up on me and the third call the lady was understanding so I did what she said and didn't work so I just cancelled the order. This was my first order after I placed an order with BEME and i got scammed. I reported the scam with with the Rockmans store at Arndale.

Useless customer service policy

Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

Ordered 3 items, received 2 items plus a random item. Unable to locate a contact number, only online feedback.

Order number showed as Invalid on feedback tool, so unable to submit query.

Googled number, found Pissed Consumer and used their number. Success!

Advised by Nina at Beme, they are sorry but no longer rectify incorrect orders, only refund. Expect me to order it again, and pay postage AGAIN!

Then call to get the postage refunded.

F that.

Now they expect me to return their incorrect item, but no compensation for my delivery inconvenience.

Totally useless company. I should have known better than to order again, as I have had multiple issues with them in 2022 and 2020

Damaged goods.

I picked order up on 19th

January at Booval post lockers.

Brought them home and washed them.

2 of the dresses are fraying

1 at pockets and other at neck and pockets.

I haven't worn them only washed.

Missing order

I ordered & paid for an order, (Order #AU00201****), on 23/11/2023. I have only received one item from this order of 5 items.

Where is the rest of this order?

I'm still waiting on item numbers:- 105****, 202****, 202****, 202****.

I would hope this will be rectified ASAP!

Beme refunded money on the items not received. No email to say why, nothing, just a notification from my bank.

Very poor customer service. This is not the first time this has happened either!
