False Advertising
- - Ordered two Grinch dolls; expected 16 inches with hair and moving arms.

I ordered two Grinch dolls for my granddaughters birthday. They were very cute in the picture.
They were supposed to be 16 inches long. In the picture they had real hair, moving arms, and cloth clothes. The dolls i received were in a small vacuum sealed bag. They were molded vinyl.
Much smaller than pictured, and totally flat with no stuffing. Arms and legs do not move. The striped shirt one has real hair in the picture. Mine is just molded.
Arms do not move. These dolls cost $29 dollars a piece.
They are less than dollar store quality! There is no where to leave a review on their website.
Preferred solution: I don’t expect to get a refund. I don’t like that there is no place to leave a review on their site, and there advertising is so false. I just want to warn others people about this site, so that people don’t waste their money!
