Belson Pro Straightening Iron Bp2000

I purchased the Belson Pro Straightening Iron last week and was totally displeased. I plugged it up and let it heat up for at least 18 to 25 minutes (like the instructions suggested) and when I used it, it didn't work at all. It barely had any real heat. It was awful and the description of the product was deceptive and it's not worth the money they charge for it. I had to return it the same week. I will not purchase any more products made by BelsonPro ever again. If you want a flat iron that works, don't waste your time on the BelsonPro.
