Chair replacement

I called customer service and spoke to Alexandra who was very kind. She took all my information and within minutes, connected me to another awesome representative on the support team.

She pulled my account up and placed the order for my replacement chair to arrive within 10 days. When you are greeted with a great staff of people who are willing to help, it makes one feel heard and want to return to do business.

Great customer service

I called to report one of my chairs was broke and within minutes Alexandria listened and set me up with the support team who quickly took all my information and placed my replacement chair on order.

The parts are missing

Wrong length of screws to assemble certain parts too much hassle trying to get help. Ill end up buying the screws myself. Thats not fair!

Issue not resolved- my only intent for opening browsing selecting then purchasing a PAIR (2) bar stoolS was for the design decor of my new bar. I’ve received the shipment‘echoing QTY/2 I open the box-

To find only PARTS FOR ONE STOOL- $105.13 was the cost I paid for a PAIR - I called and spoke with an associate the insisted the company DOES NOT SELL BAR STOOLS BY THE PAIR- YET IT IS ADVISED ON THE SITE; with pricing.

I will would like to speak to a supervisor- I do not feel my issue was resolved.

Missing order i place with home depot. Order1986-35**** and tracking # 295394****.

We ordered 20 barstools from Home Depot who sent the order to Belnick Stools. The tracking number stated I would receive the order ( for my VFW Post in Chicago) either May 10th or May 11th.

As of yesterday we still don't have our order and Noone can tell me where it is physically!? Got an answering m achievement yesterday at Belnick saying they were closed!?

Job opportunity

Your company doesnt even deserve one star but it not allow me not to add one! I applied over three weeks ago for a customer service position, I hardly think sending me a Pissed consumer survey is any way to handle people wanting to work for your company, especially when you are hiring.

I applied for the Biz Chair company thats a direct affiliate of your company test they need people so bad but will not answer when o call and Ive left two emails also called this 800 customer service number to no avail!

I will not apply with your company again! Its no wonder you cannot find good people, or people at all to work for you.

Umbrella doesn't stay open.

I bought the patio table and chairs with the umbrella. The umbrella does not stay up.

The side latch is broken.

I just purchased this two weeks ago. I realized it was not working when I put the set together.please advise

I purchased the 23.75 glass table and it is missing 6 nuts. i purchased 2 and one was ok. i tried to call but don't have a good number.

Preferred solution: would like to have 6 nuts sent to me. 3329 Semple Ave. 63120 St. Louis mo. if i can't get nuts to fit inside of legs i would like my money back or send me another table.

Belnyck Co church chairs

I purchased a sample of their recommended church chair. The chair cost about $65 shipped from Georgia.

They were the only company to charge for a sample chair. It smelled so bad my wife made me move it outside. It smelled like rotting seafood. I called the company and the lady said others had the "same problem." She said it would improve since it was caused by the chair coming from overseas on a ship.

She clearly said it was my problem and they would not refund the cost. She said they would refund about $20 but not anything for the shipping.

It has never occurred. I won't trust anything that company says.
