Poor customer service and poor quality furniture

The three-piece leather furniture started to tear less than four months after I purchased it. After getting the run around for more than a year now, I requested a refund for the defected piece. Rather than give me a refund, I was told to use the extra warranty I purchased because there is nothing they can do with the used furniture. Mind you, I have made COUNTLESS phone calls and visits to the Port Allen store for a year to get this matter resolved. If I had received the help that I needed when I first contacted the store, the furniture would have still been brand new. I am deeply hurt and disappointed in the way this issue has been handled.

I am not an angry customer!!!! I would like to find out how to get a replacement TV Stand

I broke the mounting "grabbers" or metal catch-alls on the top of the stand that connects to the TV. I have a 55" curved Samsung and this is the stand that came with it. I would just like to get a replacement stand. Here are the numbers etched on the back of the stand neck: 55Q7/8 55Q7/8BRKT - STANDNECK BN61 - 1****X002 >AL< #HJ #1 There is also a sticker attached to the stand that indicates that it may have been constructed in 2018/03-30. I hope this helps and I hope you can find a replacement for me - thanks.

Victimized and ignored

In April the top shelf of our glass stand holding our flat screen tv shattered causing the tv to fall to the ground. We were not even by the shelf it just shattered!!! The tv doesn't work and the shelf of course is useless. We have repeatedly been emailing this company who's product is totally at fault for our loss and they said they would cover the cost. It has been well over a mont and we have not received our check and they will not reply as to wether it's been sent. I feel that they our playing us for fools!! I feel sickened by the lack of respect. Victimized and ignored. We have not been able to replace the tv yet. Rude company!!!
