- - Dog had a UTI and no follow-up was done; the office did not contact me.
So disappointed! After 6 years of being a client, my dog was having medical issues and I was told to wait until the next day to bring her in for an exam.
This was after a urinary tract infection, that I had already taken her to another facility for at his recommendation. No follow up was done and my dog became sick again. Dr Cronin shame on you!
When I spoke to your office person, I thought you might contact me but you did not. I'm very upset by this!

I just wanted to say that bellmore veterinary hospital supposed domestic violence my ex used to take my dog there and because he used bank card from our joint account there saying they cant copy the records to send me to bring to my new vet of what shots he got. so a vet that should care about anmails wantes little dog to get the shots all over again not knowing if its gonna make him sick, when i said that im gonna contact the news about this the vet that is named kevin said that he was gonna sue me, well guess thats gonna happen lol see how far that gets because its called freedom of speech and press *** he also called me *** so you know he supposed domestic violence.
i have an order portection against my ex and kevin said i have to call my ex and if wants to say if i can have the records to my dog i payed for and the reson why he called him was because he gives him free porducts from cintas without paying. so people dont bring your dogs there if you care about your dogs and cats bring it to a place that cares about them and not about money and screwing people because there looking to make my little sick or god forbid die

unfortunately, hippa laws apply to veterinary medicine as well. if your pets records are under your exes name, the hospital cannot legally release them without his consent.
sorry. you should have kept your own records.
