Hired them for a move
- - Communication was poor.
- - Two jobs in one day; no one was informed.
- - A mover arrived in sandals.
- - Work not as advertised; bamboo flooring scratched.
Communication is terrible. Had two places to be moved to one and no one knew about it.
They also werent able to finish the job in a day because they booked two jobs in one day. Second day 3 days later, one mover shows up in sandals to move heavy furniture. Absolutely ridiculous. This company does not offer what they say they do on their website.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES. They also scratched my bamboo flooring.

Broken TVs no compensation
- - Bellhops moved a queen bed, a console, and two 65-inch TVs.
- - They charged $430 for one hour; TVs broken, fighting occurred; compensation refused.
Bellhops movers were hired to move a queen size bed, console, and 2 TVs (65in lg and 65 in Samsung 4K curve). They charged me 430.00 for a hour of work, and broke both TVs.
The 2 men were fighting prior to and during my move (documented by management). They refuse to compensate me for the TVs or reimburse me for the outrageous amount charged.
