Trying to change membership

I want to change my membership from monthly to annual, but I cannot find my account or information on how to do this. I am so frustrated.

Im thinking of canceling this on my credit card and reporting to Better Business Bureau, etc. etc..

No way to cancel order

I wanted to cancel an order literally a few minutes after I bought it on their website. There is no option to cancel before shipping is processed and no phone number to talk to them the same day.

Now I'm being told that anything shipped is automatically marked used because of what the product is, and I think that's a huge scam. Sure, I should have thought about it a little harder before clicking "purchase", but you also don't know how a customer's financial situation may change even in minutes as new information comes to light. You have to give the option to cancel before shipping, especially if it's the kind of product that cannot be returned.

They clearly don't want customers to have the option because the company would lose some money. Ten thousand thumbs down.

Incompetent customer service

Emailed to tell them that I didnt receive my parcel (which could be the couriers fault), and was told that they dont usually cover refunds but they can do reshipping. Investigated it through with the delivery company and it is confirmed that its lost, so I emailed again to request a reshipment with proof that I havent received my delivery.

It has been 5 days since my request and I havent been updated. Nearly £100 seemingly down the drain.

Won’t respond to emails

My email confirmation said it would ship immediately, except for my preorder item. I have emailed them 3 times in the last week, even though it says a 72 hour response time, and no response.

NO ONE will respond with an update.

I chatted in and they closed the chat before responding. TERRIBLE COMPANY
