Its gone and what is left is uniform and not good. My guess is you culled it out and sold off the best looking wood at higher prices. I feel as I have been ripped off. Next time I inspect the boxes b-4 I buy.
Bait and switch- bait and switch. I had to go back to that store to buy some nails today and I told your sales people that,if they value their customers, have them inspect the boxes before they buy because the colors do not at all resemble what is on the display floor. And that is a fact. There is almost no red color at all in the wood I bought.
16 boxes in all. Disappointed big time in Bellawood.
I buy a house a year and probably will never deal with you again.
At least without inspecting color first. Big disappointment with color of wood.

Purchased flooring, bamboo failed in less than 6 months
- - Spent over $10,000 on bamboo; it cupped and oozed within 6 months.
- - Warranty claim not honored.

Purchased over $10,000. of this bamboo and in less than 6 months it began to cup, blister and ooze sticky substance from between the boards.
Lumber Liquidators provided a totally turn-key purchase and install, but they have yet to back up their claim of warranty. Oh, I forgot to mention the mold! In the inspection, they lifted some boards up and found mold between the wood and the base.
We hired our own inspector who did not agree with their inspector. They failed to tell us that bamboo will wick moisture and should not be used for slab homes, which is about all we have in Texas.
User's recommendation: Don't buy from Lumber Liquidators.
We bought Bellawood Cumaru floor from Liquid Liquidators. It buckled up in a week. We urgently need information regarding whether the right underlayment was used. Please contact us ASAP.

- - Bellawood pre-finished bamboo floors are dark.
- - Any cleaner or hot water leaves a film.
- - Bona cleaner was tried but the film remains.
I purchased Bellawood brand Pre Finished Bamboo floors in a very dark brown color, and no matter what product I use to clean them, even just hot water, it leaves a film on top and never looks clean. Is there a phone number I can call to talk to the manufacturer or any suggestions you might have. I have already tried the Bona floor cleaner and it still leaves the same film as the others.

Lumber Liquidators-beware
- - Only 90 of 500 sq ft is usable.
- - Issue unresolved as of Dec 22; still partially installed on plywood subfloor and no corporate response.
We purchased their "highest quality" Brazilian hardwood cherry flooring in October--out of the 500 sq. ft.
we purchased, only 90 square foot could be used--as of December 22nd, we still are awaiting resolution, and still have only a portion of our flooring installed--Christmas on a plywood subfloor for us!
Their "response team" is a joke---have not heard a word from corporate, other than the computer-generated "so sorry, we will get right on this..." response. I would never recommend this company to anyone--Bellawood should look into dealing with a more reputable partner to represent them....
