Fraudulent practices

Ordered some free samples of skin care products online and received them a few weeks later. Now, six weeks later I received more of the same product which I didn't need and received and invoice showing the cost was $2.00. However, the company billed my credit card for $188.00. Contacted the company and they said I was passed a 14 day grace period that I was unaware of and that the product was not returnable or refundable. I fill like this is a fraudulent practice and needs to be stopped or as a minimum, they should be required to send information about the subscription along with any products they ship. In particular they should send a form informing the customer how to cancel the subription.
