Jumped out of paying for services already rendered.
This Company calls us out on service call and we informed them of the fees they would be charged they still begged us after acknowledging they would be charged. So we get ready and leave the job we were on at the shop to go to Bella's Trucking, they were saying it was just dead battery needed a jump.
They were just guessing what the problem was we show up to diagnose truck. We arrive and driver is angry about the tow truck driver he had taken him to the wrong shop and that he just unhooked and refused to take him anywhere else. Driver communicated all the way up until time for payment. When he was asked to pay he said call the boss we did and boss straight refuses payment so we asked driver who was on phone with boss he jumps in truck rolls up window and locks the doors.
We notified the police but they refuse to come out and do anything said to file a small claims on it.
The driver and the boss guy block our phone numbers and never contact us until they needed us again some 2 months later they have some other guy call trying to get us to work on it claiming that he would pay the balance they owe, we told all of them we would have to have full past due payment up front plus a deposit on the bill they would be getting due to past experiences with them. Still to this day I have not received any type of payment and I even turned it into collections neither of us have been able to make contact or get payment of any kind.
Preferred solution: The $600.00$ I am owed
