I haveBeen lied to so I would like to send this product back
This has been the second scam that has occurred from a jeweler that sells items under credit for acima. I have already returned a few pieces of jelewry from the first scheme.
Moving forward on to this past week's recent incident. There was a serious event that occurred that led us to have the ring checked for authenticity. My wife dropped her phone on the floor at my daughter's house. As my wife bent down to pick her phone, the main diamond cut that's mounted on top of the ring, fell off when she accidentally bumped into a wooden bedframe.
Immediately! I realized there was no way an authentic white gold diamond cut ring would fall off with little force to it. So I checked a local pawn shop that next day. They use several tools to check authenticity of any type of jewelry.
The clerk immediately noticed it had been scrapped, the welding was horrific, meaning that why the ring broke and the diamonds were not real at all. The tragic part about this is, I unknowingly presented my wife at her first wedding, a 100 percent fake ring. I will continue to make payment for an intended real diamond ring.
I want to. I just need this issue resolved.
