Complain re: repair of couch
- - Bought a Dryden leather power couch.
- - The footboard is wrinkled and cannot be fixed.
- - A spring pops when getting up; foam added did not fix it.
Be very careful of their Dryden line. Very costly but poor quality.
I bought a Dryden leather power couch from Raymour and Flanigan in Dickson City. The foorbredt on the end piece is was horribly wrinkled.
I took pictures and took the to R & F. They sent a repair person out but he said there was nothing he could do. Also when getting up from the seat it sounds like a spring is popping. He added some foam but the popping still exists.
This was not a cheap couch. Im extremely disappointed that Im left with a disfigured couch.
I would never purchase this brand again. Im hoping you can offer a solution for this situation.

Poor quality furniture
- - Claims of heavy-duty seat support and shape-retaining cushions are disputed.
- - Cushions wore out in under a year in a two-adult, no-pets home.
I purchased the Anaheim leather sectional in January 2024 from R&F. The description for the sectional states that the seat support is heavy-duty and the S-shaped wires prevent sagging.
It also states the cushions are made of highly resilient foam that offers comfort and shape retention. Both of these statements are absolutely incorrect. In less than a year, the cushions look very worn. The sectional is in a two-adult household, with no pets or children.
It is obvious that Bellanest and R&F are promoting disposable furniture. I was told by R&F that this is normal wear and tear. However, what is going to happen in 5 years? I find this more of a manufacturer defect.
I had to use the Platinum Protection Plan because R&F would not agree that this is a defect. I am thoroughly disappointed.
I have two other sofas in my home over 20 years old that do not have worn-out cushions. I could send pictures for proof.

Raymour is stating this is normal wear and tear. I beg to differ and think it's more of a manufacturer defect.
