Lost package

No one has contacted me regarding my open case. My extensions were sent to an old address, and the woman there refuses to give them back to me despite the picture of the package on her step.
I spent almost 400 bucks and am in limbo after being promised a response. Very poor customer service.

Bad extensions
Would not help me! I paid for them.
They want the salon to do it which will probably not happen. I paid 500 for these and have been a customer for years.

I highly don't recommend Bellami Hair. Bellami Hair recommended color match to ensure I received the correct color extensions.
As I needed the extensions for an event I has no choice but to wear the extensions that didn't match. I later requested Bellami Hair exchange for correct color and was advised that extensions that were worn cannot be returned.
Bellami Hair recommended three different colors: Chocolate Brown, Butter Blonde and Chestnut Brown which are all completely different colors. If Bellami Hair is advising to use color match to ensure correct color then they should stand by that and as a courtesy allow exchange.

Firstly I had a 15 percent off coupon that does not list any exclusions however apparently its only used for tape in hair, Misleading. Secondly I have a pro account but I'm not receiving the advertised listed pro pricing.
Customer service is non existent I don't know why they even have a number listed . You cant get anyone on the phone by any number associated with in out here on the internet or there very own webpage and you'll be lucky if you get a response back via email.
I have to file a bbb complaint because I need my refund . Please do not do business with this company

Absolute trash

Im complaining about the hair quality. I got apparently a bad batch but bought tape ins and a weft.
So Im not sure how that happened. I think the quality is just poor. I called customer service seeking help and after spending 963$ was treated horribly. I paid on my credit card but purchased through a pro account.
They promised to send out new hair immediately that I never received. I have my sons high school graduations this coming week and am now screwed but will be sure to never use this half *** company ever again!
